Ticket Sales

Tickets are available for purchase on the gates. Balcony tickets will be on a first come first serve basis. However, there will be a plentiful supply of general admission tickets.

Online Ticket sales have now closed. Please note that for those of you that have brought tickets online already, we do not send out tickets to you. You need to print out your confirmation email and bring this with you of the day. This will be exchanged for your tickets at the fast track section of the ticket office. Please have your confirmation email ready so that we can make the process as quick and easy as possible

Payment on the day is by CASH ONLY. There will be no credit/debit card payments and unfortunately we cannot accept cheques. Please try and have the correct change ready while queuing to make the process as quick as possible.

Programmes

Programmes will be handed out free to every visitor once you have been given your wristbands. 
If possible please fill out the feedback form on the inside back cover of the programme before you leave the fair. This will let us know what your thoughts where of this years fair and help us make improvements to future years. Complete Programmes can be handed in at the Brockham Harness Club stand, where you will be entered into a competition with the prize being Marks and Spencers vouchers!

Dogs

No dogs (except guide dogs) will be allowed into the indoor arena. Dogs will be allowed outside, if they are kept under control and on leads at all times. However it is strongly advised that dogs are left at home for there well being. Please do not leave dogs unattended in cars as it is expected to be a warm sunny day. 

Times

The main gates will open to visitors from 9.30am. 
Performances within the main arena will commence from 10.15am.
All other timing information will be available in the programme.

Wristbands

Please display your wristband at all times on you arm. Event crew will check everyone entering into the fair and the indoor arena. Anyone without a wristband will be asked to leave the premises. 
Only visitors with Balcony wristbands will be able to access the balcony area. 

Parking

There will be ample free parking available at the fair. Please comply with the parking attendants and go as directed by them. A drop off point will be available by the ticket office. Disabled Parking will be available, however official badges must be displayed.
